For three decades, Status Employment has been dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers to work, build confidence, and achieve independence through employment and skills development. Since our beginnings, we have supported thousands of people—each with their own story—on their journey toward brighter futures.
Our work has always been rooted in partnership: with employers, funders, local authorities, and, most importantly, with the people who trust us to support them at pivotal moments in their lives. As we look to the future, it was important that our new home reflected our values and ambitions. Start Up Croydon offers a vibrant, collaborative environment that brings together social enterprises, charities, startups, and innovators—all united by a desire to create positive change. Moving back to this location also links to part of our history as one of the first premises Status operated from was close by in the Waddon area.
