Who are Status Employment?
We have been delivering supported employment in Croydon for over 30 years. Our ethos is that everyone can work if offered the right opportunity and the right support. We work with disadvantaged job seekers and those with disabilities and health conditions to gain, retain and Sustain employment. We support local employers to create meaningful and inclusive employment opportunities and bring both parties together for mutual and impactful benefits.
What we need
Status Employment is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Board of Trustees. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills, experience, and passion to help guide our organisation and support people in achieving their employment goals.
As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in providing strategic direction, ensuring good governance, and helping us deliver meaningful impact within our communities.
