It is fabulous to be honoured by our peers at the British Association of Supported Employment judged by GLEAN. The work around virtual reality and AI is close to our heart. To have been involved in the Erasmus+ Education Virtual Reality project with has enabled to see the potential of VR and how it could offer real additionally to people looking for employment. We are passionate at using digital technology to help our candidates. The Innovation award was proudly sponsored by Glean, and the judging panel were thrilled to award Status Employment. The team demonstrated three areas of clear innovation, bringing together tech and people support, empowering individuals through a platform to have high aspiration and hope. I would like to congratulate Status Employment on this well-deserved award and look forward to seeing how this impactful work continues to develop.
