Senior Employment Advisor
- £33,000 FTE starting Salary
- Part time 21 hours per week
- Hybrid working (weekly attendance at our Lambeth/Croydon office)
To lead the Talking therapies employment services and provide line management support and supervisions to front line employment advisors. Embrace, encourage and support co-location of your team with Lambeth talking therapy service. You will work alongside clinical team members to support people to achieve their employment goals as part of their health and wellbeing plans.
You will manage a small caseload of your own clients, providing employability support in line with the evidence-based recommendations within the supported employment quality framework. You will be working closely with a full time Senior advisor and support the overall development and delivery of the service and contribute to the overall aims of the charity.

Supported internship Employment Advisor
- £28,000 FTE starting Salary
- Full time 35 hours per week
- Croydon (mixture of virtual and office-based delivery). Hybrid working from our Croydon office and delivery part premises (John Ruskin College) as well as the need and ability to work from community venues and remotely.
In collaboration with John Ruskin college, we are setting up a new supported internship programme for young people with SEND and educational health care plans.
You will be working on a new project offering supported internship opportunities to people with learning difficulties (with an EHCP) as part of our complex need’s employment team.
The role will be to support participants to move towards paid employment through the use on tailored vocational training and a time limited work placement.
